David and I have been playing Frisbee Golf a ton lately over at
Winged Deer Park
and since we had a great day yesterday, I thought I'd make mention of it here...
Here are the incredibly cool new purchases from last week - these discs are the..."bananas" (my site is now more "kid friendly" thanks to Gwen)

before a deafening expletive resonated through the forest...funny coincidence, huh?)
But back to the stories...Yesterday I decided we needed (yet more) motivation to
continue to improve, so I began a stash of goods for the whomever can get below a certain score
(At which point the score is reduced by one). We had yet to throw below 50 for our new course, so
that was the score to beat. And I got 47. Great. Nothing is less satisfying than offering a prize
for some great accomplishment and then winning it, so I left the prize for another day.
Oh - I should mention the prize pot currently contains JackLinks Beef Jerky and a $2.00
lotto ticket thus far. The other big news of yesterday is that I wiped out throwing the
last hole, and landed on my back on the pavement. In my defense, we had to deal with mud and snow
the entire game. Which didn't make the cuts on my hand or the tendons in my (mildly) sprained ankle
feel any better. Who cares though...? I'd thrown a awesome game. David and I both are getting pretty good.
